If you have placed an order with us at RefillKeys.co.uk and you later decide you no longer want the key(s), dont worry, please get in contact as soon as possible following the contact form.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your order being dispatched by using our Contact Us form. You may also withdraw from the sales agreement at any time after the "product dispatched" email has been sent but no later than 7 working days after "product dispatched" email has been sent, this can be done by:
a. Using our contact us form sending the notice of cancellation ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; or
b. If you have already received the goods, returning the goods to us at RefillKeys.co.uk unopened together with the original invoice (delivery details can be found on the Contact US page). RefillKeys.co.uk will refund you the purchase price of the goods. You are liable for the delivery charges to your address and back from your address to us.
Once RefillKeys.co.uk receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the sales agreement (in accordance with these terms), any fees paid to RefillKeys.co.uk from your credit card or PayPal account in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account or PayPal account as soon possible.
You must ensure that you send the goods back to us as soon as possible and by the best way possible so the goods do not get damaged on their return back to us at RefillKeys.co.uk, goods must be received back to us within 30 days of the cancellation email you send us and in the same condition they were sent out in.
RefillKeys.co.uk reserve the right to make a 10% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition, we also reserve the right to to refuse to accept such goods, at our sole discretion if the goods are damaged. RefillKeys.co.uk also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in the circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
All Refill Keys have a delivery policy, please read the information below.
RefillKeys.co.uk will not be held responsible for lost packages or delays in delivery if you have entered incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
All our key shipments are sent by recorded delivery and a signature is required on receipt of the package. We do this to ensure you get your order. We can also check to verify that you have received your goods.
We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible, no one likes to pay over the odds for delivery, especially us.
We operate a standard delivery charge of either a free delivery or a standard £1.00 for all orders within the mainland of the United Kingdom. This charge of £1.00 is the same if you order 1 key or 21 keys.
Deliveries out side of the United Kingdom will incur additional charges, this is to cover the added cost of air-mail and possibly extra packaging (if needed). Prices quoted on the checkout for international deliveries are an estimate and could change. We will contact you via email if the charges are higher to your destination. You are also liable for any customs duties, if applicable in your country.
From time to time we may operate a Free Delivery on goods or offer a voucher code for free delivery. If we are offering Free Delivery, we will show this on the website by showing an image or in text the words "Free Delivery".
If you also add another item to the basket which does not qualify for Free Delivery then just the ineligible item will be charged for standard shipping.
Free Delivery will only be applied to the whole order if all items are eligible for Free Delivery.
How we Deliver
We use Royal Mail - Recorded or Special Delivery, or on occasion Hermes for the shipment of all our keys.
We have a standard rate of delivery within the mainland United Kingdom of £1.00, this includes packaging and will be sent as Recorded.
Delivery times are calculated in working days, this is Monday to Friday inclusive. If you order after 12 o'clock noon, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
Important delivery information
All Recorded deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the postman arrives, he will leave a card with a contact number for you to call or an address for you to collect the package from.
We do our best to meet the declared delivery times. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore we cannot guarantee them.
Please allow extra time for deliveries to the extremities of the United Kingdom or to destinations out side of the United Kingdom.
